New Plymouth, New Zealand is the world's best city, and its Coastal Walkway one of the World's best natural projects, according to an international judging panel.
The Livable Communities Awards were announced in Dongguan, China, early this morning, with New Plymouth receiving the gold award for cities between 20,000 and 75,000 residents, alongside Chrudim in the Czech Republic. The New Plymouth Coastal Walkway also added an international gold award for best Natural Project to its list of national awards.
